When despair asks you to dance...

And she will. There are times when I think everything is going well and then I turn the corner and there is despair, sitting like a puddle of tar that I think I have to walk through. Don't do it my friend. Do NOT walk through that puddle.

You don't have to walk through that and for sure you should not do it alone.
Walk around it. Reach out and ask someone to encourage you, to help you. Get your mind on something else. Watch AFV. Check out your fantasy football team. Physically move and get somewhere else. Do something else to not get stuck.
Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.”
There are many good things that will come out of discomfort and even suffering. Despair is not one of them.
But you need a plan and you will need support.
I'm here to help.
